- 16MHz high speed internal oscillator with ±1% accuracy at 5.0V power supply. All operating conditions range ±2% accuracy class.

- A set of SPI buses, when the system clock is 16MHz, the maximum transfer rate can reach 8Mbps in both host mode and slave mode.
- A set of I2C buses with a maximum transmission rate of 400kbps in both host mode and slave mode.
- Three pairs, 6-channel pulse width modulator (PWM), 10 output pins to choose from, 16-bit resolution, with different operating modes and FaultBrake function.
- Up to 8 channel pin interrupts can be configured. All I/O ports support this function. Edge or level triggering can be configured by software.
- A set of 12-bit ADCs with a sampling rate of up to 380ksps, allowing easy control of motor functions with hardware startup and comparison of conversion results.
6 Power Management Module:
- Two power saving modes: idle mode and power off mode.
7 Power monitoring:
- Undervoltage detection (BOD) Detects the low power supply voltage of the system. The four-level voltage can be selected and interrupts can be configured
