OVERVIEW
SN12X is a constant voltage, constant current primary feedback valley floor on-control chip for chargers and adapters.
SN12X adopts unique output line loss compensation technology, which can effectively compensate the loss voltage drop of the output current on the output line.
SN12X built-in loop compensation circuit, no external compensation circuit, the system has good stability. SN12X can achieve good constant voltage, constant current characteristics, to meet the standby power consumption is less than
75mW.
SN12X has multiple protection functions, including open circuit protection, overvoltage protection, short circuit protection and other functions.
The SN12X is packaged in SOP7
